Wholesale Ts & Cs
Minimum Order Requirements (MOQs)
ILO requires a minimum spend of £300 on all wholesale orders. If you are making a repeat order within 3 months of the dispatch date of your latest order you may order at a reduced minimum spend of £100.
Prices are subject to change without notice, although ILO will do its best to inform you of any changes where necessary.
ILO expects all retailers to sell each item at no less than the recommended retail price for a minimum of 6 months following purchase. RRPs can be found on the ordering form or online.
ILO will not reduce their own RRP online or conduct sales outside the same 6 month period.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering online and we accept the following payment methods; Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Delivery
All shipping charges will be calculated according to your order size and weight and included in your invoice. As a general guideline, UK orders weighing up to 20kg will usually cost £15 for postage and packaging.
Please note, in the case of international orders, any customs charges will be your responsibility as the retailer.
Depending on order size and stock availability please allow 3-8 weeks for your order to be dispatched. ILO is a handmade brand so please understand that this process takes time. You will be provided with an estimated week of dispatch and any relevant availability details when invoiced. All orders will be sent tracked and signed for.
ILO does not ship items wrapped in plastic. Paper and other compostable alternatives will be used. Please dispose of packaging appropriately.
Returns / Exchanges
ILO cannot accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders with the exception of any damages or defects in the first 30 days after dispatch. When your order arrives please inspect everything thoroughly to ensure all items ordered have been included and are intact. Should you find anything is either missing or damaged you must email us within 3 working days of receiving your order, including photographs to evidence any damages. We will endeavour to rectify any issues within 5 working days of your notification.
After 8 months, if you find that you still have ILO items unsold you have the option of asking for a return in exchange for credit. We will take back what you return as long as it is in new condition and credit the amount to you to use in new collections or other available items of your choice.
The Nature of Handmade and Boutique
ILO is a small business that sources the best designer organic cotton jersey. Runs of these fabrics are often small and repeat availability limited. If a print is no longer available alternatives will be suggested, which the customer is under no obligation to accept. Trimmings, cuffs and linings may vary.
ILO is made exclusively in the UK, at our micro manufacturing facility in Bristol. Lead times reflect the realistic time taken to produce bespoke items.
