How do I get my free exchange?

After we've agreed your exchange, you'll receive a prepaid label to send your item back. Email hello@iloclothing.co.uk to request your echange or return. If you are returning your item but not exchanging it, please send back to ILO, 240-248 West Street, Bristol, BS3 3NE at your own cost. Once your item is received you'll be issued a refund via the website and will receive a notification.
